The brief

Posara runs serviced apartments and monthly rooms in Auckland for guests who arrive speaking English, Spanish or Chinese. Every booking had been coming through third-party platforms, with their commission and their rules.

The brief was a site guests would actually book on: clear prices, instant confirmation, self check-in explained before arrival, and the whole thing readable in all three languages. Not one language with a translate button.

Then the second half: dozens of rooms across several buildings, every tenancy, every deposit and every rent payment, had been living in chat threads and spreadsheets. We built them a back office of their own, so the team can see it all on one screen and tenants can pay and sign online.

What we did

  • Direct-booking site with apartment and room paths kept separate
  • Content written separately in English, Spanish and Chinese
  • Self check-in and deposit flow explained on the page, before guests arrive
  • Enquiry form and WhatsApp routed to one inbox
  • A private back office: rooms, tenancies, deposits and rent, all in one place
  • Tenants sign agreements and pay deposits online, no printing, no chasing
  • Rent that is due, paid or late, visible at a glance
  • Cared for after launch

We publish what we built, not invented numbers. Where a client is happy to share results, they appear here with their name on them.
